Account & Data Deletion

Pusula (developer: Emirhan Arslan) lets you delete your account and data at any time.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Pusula and sign in.
2. Go to ⚙ Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm your password.

If you cannot access the app

From your registered email address, send an email titled "Delete my account" to emirhanarslan5588@gmail.com. We verify your identity from the registered email and delete your account within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted?

• Your account, profile, tasks, notes, cash records and other app data.
• Your Pusula Medya posts, stories, comments, messages and all photos/videos you uploaded.
• Your encryption keys (including the public keys on the server).

What may remain for a while?

Copies in technical backups are deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest. Copies of your messages on other people's devices may remain on their devices. Records we must keep by legal obligation (for example abuse reports) may be kept for as long as required.

To delete data kept only on your device (use without an account): Settings → Delete all my data, or uninstall the app.
