Pusula Medya is a space where users can share content and message each other. By creating an account and using Pusula Medya you accept the rules below.
Prohibited content
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, threats and incitement to violence.
- Any content that sexualizes or exploits children (zero tolerance; reported to the authorities).
- Obscene, sexually explicit or extremely violent content.
- Impersonating others or sharing their private information without consent.
- Fraud, misleading investment/payment promises, spam and harmful links.
- Content that infringes copyright or others' rights; illegal activities.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what you post and must hold the necessary rights to what you upload. You give us a limited, free licence to display your content in Pusula; this ends when you delete your content.
Reports, blocking, enforcement
- You can report any post, story, profile or message with 🚩 and block people.
- We review reports; we may remove content that breaks the rules, restrict or close accounts, and report serious violations to the authorities. A post reported by several different people may be hidden automatically until we review it.

Communities
Community posts are public and not encrypted. Community owners and moderators can remove posts that break these rules, remove members or ban them in their communities. You can report a community with 🚩; we may also close communities that break the rules.
Live streams
Live streams are not recorded. The streamer is responsible for everything in the stream; violence, hate, nudity and copyrighted content are prohibited. You can report an inappropriate stream from the ⋯ menu; a moderator can end it immediately.
Music and sounds
You can add ready-made tunes or uploaded sounds to posts and stories. Upload only sounds you made or have the right to use; sounds that infringe copyright or contain hate or violence are removed on report. To report a sound, report the post that uses it.
Marketplace (product and service listings)
Listings are public. Posting illegal, fake, dangerous or misleading products/services, or selling weapons, drugs, stolen goods and the like, is prohibited. Pusula does not process payments and is not a party to transactions between buyer and seller; payment and delivery are entirely your responsibility. Report suspicious listings with 🚩.
Encrypted messages
Messages are end-to-end encrypted and we cannot read them. Therefore the content of a message reaches us (as evidence) only when you report that message.
Service and liability
Pusula includes an AI assistant that can make mistakes; what it says is not investment, legal, tax or medical advice. We provide the service "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages from interruptions or data loss. In particular, if you lose your end-to-end encrypted message keys from your device we cannot recover them.
Changes
These rules may be updated; continuing to use the app means you accept the current rules.
